Description
Several of the blacklists installed by qtp-set-rbls are arguably defunct; while nothing should prevent an admin from monitoring the health of the blacklists used by his own systems, it seems like it would be better if a qtp tool didn't make it easier for newbies to configure broken RBLs :)
Problem RBLs:
- list.dsbl.org (-loose, -moderate, -tight)
has been dead since 2008, per http://dsbl.org/
- dnsbl.tqmcube.com (-tight)
homepage now points to a different for-pay blacklist, also see http://www.dnsbl.com/2007/06/status-of-dnsbltqmcubecom-abandoned.html
- bl.csma.biz (-tight)
homepage currently gives 404, doesn't respond to DNS requests (this may be a temporary problem, unlike the two listed above)
Please consider removing these RBLs from qtp in a future release.
-Steve

All of your changes have been applied. I also added a few rbls from Sam @spamdyke.org to the tight configuration.
