Description

Create qtp-depends script for installing/updating toaster dependencies (primarily spamassassin). This wil be able to be invoked from the cli independently. In addition, modify qtp-newmodel to ask user if they'd like to invoke it (default 'y').

Done in 1.4.16, but not documented yet.
