Cannot retrieve repository metadata

I am having a problem with my qmail toaster. I update qmail-toaster through "qtp-menu | newmodel" before updating qtp and it seemed to work. I looked to update because I am suddenly unable to get any external messages. However it did not fix the problem, yet. I chose to re-compile through qtp-menu and now get an error that the repos for Fedora 7 were unreachable. Below is the process:

P.S. - I did update qmailtoaster-plus through yum before trying to re-compile.

Fedora 7 is legacy and a fuse system will not be built for it due to lack of updates from the Fedora team.
